📦 BreezyLeaf Return & Refund Policy

At BreezyLeaf, we want you to love your purchase. Since we work with international suppliers, we follow a specific return and refund process to ensure a smooth experience.


✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at [Breezyleaf@yahoo.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • A description of the problem

We will review your request and provide a refund or send a replacement if eligible. In most cases, you do not need to return the item.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered 

  • Items returned without prior approval


⏳ Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


🚚 Do Not Return Items to the Shipping Address

Returns cannot be sent to our warehouse or the sender’s address. If you are instructed to return an item, we will provide a specific return address.
